Acceptable Use Policy (Content Policy)

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Terms of Service governing the site and services operated by AdultPeach (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to comply with the standards and restrictions contained herein.

General Principles

Users of the Service operated by AdultPeach shall at all times act in good faith and refrain from any conduct that may:

Prohibited Content

Without limitation, Users are expressly prohibited from generating, uploading, transmitting, requesting, or otherwise making available any content that:

  • Involves minors or persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age, or content that may reasonably be perceived as depicting such persons, whether fictional or realistic.
  • Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, sexual assault, rape, exploitation, or coercion.
  • Depicts bestiality, incest, or other forms of illegal or extreme sexual conduct.
  • Contains excessively violent, degrading, or otherwise illegal material.
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Misappropriates the likeness or identity of real persons, including celebrities, politicians, or private individuals, without legal authority or documented consent.
  • Promotes terrorism, hatred, discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity of computer systems or data.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, Users of the Service provided by AdultPeach shall not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the underlying code or infrastructure of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures implemented by AdultPeach.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of other Users or Company personnel.
  • Exploit the Service for commercial gain without prior written consent from AdultPeach.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other technical means to extract, mine, or collect data from the Service.

Intellectual Property Protection and DMCA Compliance

AdultPeach respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects Users to do the same.

Pursuant to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), as well as equivalent EU legislation, AdultPeach will promptly respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

A DMCA-compliant notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it.
  • The full name, address, telephone number, and email address of the complaining party.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • The electronic or physical signature of the complaining party or their authorized agent.

AdultPeach maintains a repeat infringer policy and reserves the right to terminate, under appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Enforcement Measures

AdultPeach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any one or all of the following measures against Users who violate this Policy:

Immediate removal or disabling of access to offensive content.

Temporary suspension or permanent termination of user accounts.

Reporting of illegal conduct to the competent law enforcement authorities.

Pursuit of legal remedies, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdultPeach, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your use or misuse of the Service; or
  • Your violation of third-party rights.

Policy Updates

AdultPeach reserves the right to change or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Any material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email notification, when required by law. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
